2. Orders & Payment

Once you place an order, it will be processed as soon as possible. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order. All prices are listed in USD, and any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

3. Shipping

We do our best to send out your goodies quickly! Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your package is handed off to the postal service, any delays are unfortunately out of our control—but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

4. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days (excluding final sale collections). Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please see our Return Policy for all the details.

Each crochet piece is handmade—this means tiny variations may occur, making every item one-of-a-kind. These aren’t flaws, they’re part of the charm! ✨ & no our items do not actually come with cat hair!
